If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form or send an email to info@bagagekoerier.nl
You will not receive any acknowledgement of your complaint, but we will respond in substance within 14 days. If you as a consumer do not agree with the solution or can we not come out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Home Shop Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
